Overview
Full-stack development of an e-commerce platform for a French natural artisan cosmetics brand, covering both the public storefront and a fully-featured admin panel. We integrated Stripe Embedded Checkout with webhooks for automated order processing, and Supabase as the relational database and image-storage layer. The admin panel ships with secure authentication, full product management — create, edit and delete, visibility and stock status, sale toggles and images — monthly sales-report exports to PDF, sales metrics, a drag-and-drop Kanban board for order management, and transactional email via Resend.

The challenge
A French artisan natural-cosmetics maker wanted to sell directly to customers across Europe — but with a small team and no system to run it on. They needed a storefront worthy of the product, and an operation that wouldn't buckle under every new order.

We delivered the full stack: a refined, conversion-focused storefront and a self-serve admin panel that puts the team in control. Checkout and order processing run automatically through Stripe, orders move across a drag-and-drop Kanban board, customers receive transactional emails at each step, and the team exports monthly sales reports to PDF in a click — so the shop feels handcrafted to customers and runs itself for the team.
