About these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Who we are
Aethriad is a software studio based in Spain. The site presents our work and lets you get in touch. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to contract, professional advice, or a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Using the site
You may browse the site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. We may change, pause, or withdraw pages without notice. The site is provided as-is; we do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors.
Inquiries and booking
Sending the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or booking a call through Cal.com is an inquiry — not a contract. We may or may not take on a project. Any engagement starts only when both sides sign a separate agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract).
Client work
Scope, fees, timelines, warranties, and intellectual property for client work are defined in that separate agreement — not by these website terms. Case studies describe past work; they are not a promise that your project will achieve the same results.
Intellectual property
The site — including design, copy, code, brand, and 3D assets — is owned by Aethriad or used under licence. You may not copy, scrape at a scale that degrades the service, or reuse our brand without written permission. Work we deliver to clients is governed by the project agreement, not this page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, inject malicious code, impersonate Aethriad, or harvest data beyond ordinary browsing. We may block access that harms the site or other visitors.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Descriptions of services are general and may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, Aethriad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site (including lost profits or data). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. The updated version applies from the date published on this page.
